Why a monthly fee rather than a single price?
Because a website or software is not finished at delivery: it needs hosting, security updates, data backups, changes and checks. The monthly fee covers all of this, at a fixed price written in the proposal. After the first 12 months it can be cancelled with one month's notice.
Is there already a suitable program? Why build a custom one?
When an existing program is enough, the proposal says so. Custom work makes sense when the company works in a way standard programs do not follow, or needs several sites, several users and links to accounting and existing archives.
Will the site be found on Google and by AI?
It is built with everything needed: fast pages, information readable by Google and AI, a monthly check. A specific position or a mention by an AI cannot be guaranteed, and anyone promising it should be treated with caution.
What happens to the data and the site if the contract ends?
Data and domain stay with the company and can be exported at any time in standard formats. The software remains the property of Perenna and is licensed for the duration of the contract.
Where is the data and who protects it?
Servers in Europe, encrypted data, daily backups. The data processing agreement complies with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.
How long until something usable?
A usable first version within a few weeks, then refined on real use. Existing archives are imported, without retyping by hand.
