The name
A perennial plant is not replanted every year: it stays and grows back each season. That is the idea behind the service, software that does not age because someone looks after it. The name comes from Anna Perenna, the Roman goddess of the renewing year. The twelve leaves of the symbol are the twelve months; the coloured one is the current month.

Professional website
A well-kept presence: text, images, opening hours and contact details always up to date. To be found and to make a good first impression.
Business tool
Online booking, a client portal, a small internal app. A focused tool that removes manual work.
Custom management software
Clients, orders, stock, invoices, several sites and users. The company's central system, connected to the accounts and to existing records.

Hours beyond those included: CHF 90, always agreed in advance. The exact amount is set out in the written proposal. In the EU the same amounts in euros. Minimum term of 12 months, then one month's notice.

- Fault reporting A fault is reported from a phone in a few seconds, with a photo; whoever needs to act is notified immediately.
- Payslip reading Payslip data is read automatically and archived, with no copying by hand.
- Teaching booklets From an archive of exercises, a typeset booklet with solutions is put together, ready to print.
- Private tuition portal Calendar, access for students and families, and invoicing in one place.
Method
First contact
A few lines on how the company works today and what is not working. Reply within 24 hours.
Written proposal
Solution, timing and fixed price, set out in writing. If suitable software already exists, it is pointed out.
Development
A first usable version within a few weeks, then refined through real use. Existing records are imported, with no re-entering by hand.
Ongoing care
Updates, security and changes continue every month, with a report of the work done.
Guarantees
Fixed price
The amount in the proposal is what applies. No hourly surcharges that were not agreed.
The company's data
Exportable at any time, in standard formats.
A single point of contact
The person who develops the software is also the one who maintains it and answers, in Italian or English.
Simple cancellation
No multi-year commitment: after the first 12 months, cancellation with one month's notice. The software remains the property of Perenna and is licensed for the duration of the contract; data and domain stay with the company, including on termination.
Servers in Europe, encrypted data. Data processing agreement compliant with the Swiss FADP and the GDPR.
About
Federico, founder
Chemist by training (University of Milano-Bicocca, 2013), for years a teacher of chemistry, mathematics and physics. Based in Lugano.
The software grew out of teaching: first tools for his own work, then the management suite now used every day by more than 800 people. The method is the same for every company: understand how the work is done, then build the tool it needs.
Outside work: mountain running, wine and cooking.
