What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message. We use it solely to reply to you and, if you become a client, to manage the relationship. We do not sell it and do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

The website and the form run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, certified under the Swiss-US and EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Messages are stored in a database under EU jurisdiction. Emails pass through Infomaniak (Switzerland) and Cloudflare.

How long

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for the statutory periods (10 years for accounting records).

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no profiling cookies, no Google Analytics and embeds no third-party services. Fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. In the EU you may also contact the supervisory authority of your country; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
